COMPLETE! Three hundred years after a wintertime tragedy which was lost to the history books, fifteen-year-old Jake Green moves to a village with a forgotten name. At first the only problems on his mind are his father's disappearance, his pale and cute next-door neighbour, and his exams.       
 
That is until he awakens a three-hundred year old Demon.     

Having been sucked into a dangerous world, Jake soon realises that the Demon girl, Alexa Frostbite, isn't quite the monster from the legends and the world is much more interesting than he ever dreamed it to be. Or wanted it to be. 

After his mother goes missing, he accompanies Alexa to find the kidnapper himself, whom she believes to in fact be her brother - the man responsible for the deaths of her parents all those years ago. Following the appearance of demonic creatures, the disappearance of any sense of normalcy, Jake and Alexa must venture into worlds unknown as the supernatural collide on the streets of Manchester and New York city.

When a person is snatched, they never return, and life goes on without them. But she can't accept that. Breaking all the rules, all the things she's ever known, she braves the world outside her little townhouse and goes on a mission into the darkness to find her brother. Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!

I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females. Many people would say having superpowers was a gift from god and the best thing that could ever happen to you. But not for me, being able to freeze time was more of a burden, because I couldn't control it and it had the worst timing to appear. I also didn't think about being a superhero and rescuing the world from the bad. The only thing I want is to be left alone and get over with my last year of high school.
