A war between the Olympians and the enemies condemned to spend the rest of eternity in Tartarus, leads to an unfortunate turn of events when Persephone, the wife of Hades and queen of the underworld gets locked up in the gloomy dwellings of Tartarus.
Zeus, knowing the danger that could arise from Hades not having a consort, swears by the Styx to help any god with a remedy of love. From this oath, Hades is to be given Athena, the goddess of war and wisdom as his new wife, in order to restore the balance in the underworld.
To their dismay, she flees the immortal realm and sets off on a journey on Earth under the disguise of a mortal. It is here where she meets him, the great King of England, Liam Arthur Wentworth I , wielder of the legendary Excalibur.
But her actions, cause deep secrets, to begin to be unraveled, and more wars await both the gods and mortals......
