I can feel my heart racing against my ribs as if it is about to tear itself out of my chest as I gaze into a pair of violet-silver eyes. They are locked onto my own with a predator's intensity. It takes every ounce of self-control I have to keep up this foolish staring contest, but I keep at it. I will not appear weak in my own court! The stranger does not blink but offers the tiniest of smirks, as if sensing my growing distress. I take in a deep breath and silently will some steel into my spine as I, at last, address him. "What is your name and what business do you have here?" The stranger grins and instead of bowing gives a mocking salute. His voice is soft and dark, carrying the promise of death, "I am, Lord Virgil and I have come on request of the king to help him against the growing threat." After years of talking about it I'm finally doing it, this character was started soooooooo many years ago on a little web site called "Roblox." I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play. I hope you enjoy it, fair warning though, it is my first story so...judge that how you will. Also, it isn't finished yet so I plan on adding on to it. each part will have an average of 4 "chapters" I'll upload a new "chapter" every time I finish one I'm looking for songs to put into the story, I'd love ideas since I can only do so much. I'm going to be going through and putting songs in where I think they would be best. if you find any mistakes please don't hesitate to tell me so I can fix them. (later edit) this story is finished. Lancelot's story as a whole isn't however. they'll be another story eventually. since I'm writing another story at the moment it'll probably be a few months until I continue with Lance so...I'm sorry...
