She was tired, she was so bloody tired of it all. From the constant nagging and picking and pulling to the waking up at 6 am everyday to do that stupid crap.
She didn't think it was stupid really, she just didn't like having to do it.
She didn't really like having to do schoolwork either, but she found herself to be fond of the teachers and the curriculums. Most of all though, she didn't mind being at school all too much because it kept her away from the house.
She found James to be nice, and Sirius to be troublesome, Peter was quite thoughtful, but Remus, he was kind to her.
She had found that Remus was her favorite of them all, he was really very kind to her.
What she had really come to see though, was the fact that he had scars too, and that meant they matched.

There are certain parts of this story that I will put a trigger warning before but you should keep cautioun when reading because I mention a lot of triggering things and topics in this book including self harm, abuse, mental illnesses etc.
Also, the first year is really shitty writing and like the first part of fourth but I swear it gets so much better. I just haven't gotten around to editing the bad bits yet

To cut a long story short, he's the brightest star of Hogwarts. Sirius Black and (Y/n) (Y/l/n) aren't friends, nevertheless, the two are still familiar with each other. Having been partners with a task before, not to mention one of Sirius' friend, James, is head over heels for Lily Evans, a friend of (Y/n). The two converses with each other occasionally, only not in ways they might like it to be. Though when Remus Lupin befriended (Y/n), the girl found herself caught in an unexpected bond with the rest of the boy's friends.
