Arceus the creator of the pokemon world and great deity of all, he sees the world evolve and the pokemon lived in perfect harmony and his time of the world is no longer needed when he sees people and pokemon together form a great bond of friendship.

But deep down he want how to feel a bond with a partner that is when he saw a new world filled with supernatural beings that made him interested and saw these sacred gears, so the diety pokemon decided to be a sacred gear and chooses it's partner.
