In the year of 1997, a meteorite that was big as the Empire State Building had crash landed on the ocean area's of Japan. It had release gamma radiation that had affected worldwide making civilians to have abilities. Supernatural abilities. 16 years after the incident, there was a boy named Akira Masamune who lived in the suburbs of Shibuya. As a 16 year old who had just enrolled to Shinjuku Honour's where the rich are sent to hone their skills, he already surpassed any average teenager of his age. His past could be a major factor to his rapid growth in strength. Only time will tel.
