David is trapped in his shifter form, captured and forced to perform in a circus full of mages. He has almost given up hope of escape when he is contacted by a young girl, a witch in need of a familiar. He could be giving up one cage for another, but he doesn't have any good options.

When it turns out the summoning was faulty, both David and the young witch are in trouble. 

She meant to summon an animal to protect her from the bullying. 

He was willing to try anything for a chance to walk as a human and talk to his family. 

The problem is that it's illegal to make a shifter a familiar. And if anyone finds out, well, blood might spill...

Are common because there are the mythical ones too. The flying creatures: the Hippogriffs, the Dragons, the Pegasus's, the Phoenixes, the Thunderbirds. The water creatures: the Sirens, the Mermaids, the Kelpies. The shapeshifting academy is kind of like Hogwarts with the letters and using owls for sending mail. Yes, there is a castle for the academy and no, there isn't any witch or wizards those are supposedly extinct. Now I have to go were going to find out what animal we shift into at the ceremony soon. If only I knew then that there was actually 23 types of shifters ~~~~~~~~~~ I wrote this series when i was very young, so any mistakes or grammar issues, or long descriptions, I am sorry about, but I won't be fixing them anytime soon either.

Sora has been told that all her life, but she has magic within her, recently awakened, and so she has begun to doubt it. Still, witchcraft is punishable by death, and so Sora must be careful with her practices, lest she lose all she has. Sora is a better witch than wolf, though not by much, but she still pursues that craft in spite of the dangers. Her place in the world is a dangerous one, but will it last? The world she lives in is a dangerous one, and such a life as hers rarely ends happily. Disclaimer: this is a short prequel, Sora's story does not conclude with this one. If you finish this book and go "oh, that's the end?" it's because it's not the end. I'm writing a trilogy called Mortance that explores the larger world that this takes place in and concludes Sora's story more thoroughly than in this book. Like why hasn't she had her first shift to her animal form yet, although everyone her age has? Why does she care about someone she thinks she hates? Long story short: drama, drama, and once again, drama. Will Louise be able to find out what she is, and what she wants?

But at the end, it explained her as short with braids and a yellow cardigan. So, the girl had her boyfriend break up with her, people steal from her and bully her and her family was abusing her at home. Also, with the last girl, it said what did I just say before she said don't do it please. Proving that she did the things that the girl with the yellow cardigan said. Sadly, in the song, she gave up on trying to convince herself and she committed suicide. Luckily this time, this girl has seven guardians, a big brother figure, a better father-figure who is their teacher to be the new Mafia Don to the Vongola. How will they handle trying to keep her from killing herself? Or will a new boyfriend keep that from happening ever again? Will she stop? Or will her boyfriend take things into his own hands really?
