This is short story is based on a dream that I had a while back. It involved Kendall, which is weird because I'm a Logan girl. But maybe, just maybe, I'm also a Kendall girl at heart and that's what my dream was trying to tell me... Who knows, I just know that I wanted to write this down for a while. Enjoy it.

I Hate Football Players
Football players are assholes. I know - my brother is their king. Older and annoyingly overprotective, he's the star quarterback at Santa Cruz High School. I love him, but everyone worships the air he breathes and it's suffocating. After a traumatic experience with a quarterback three years ago, I want nothing to do with boys and dating. All that matters is getting into college, so I ace my classes and sign up for my school's student ambassador program to boost my applications. Thankfully, I have my best friend, Harper, to get me through high school being overshadowed by my brother. My plans for a quiet, low-key senior year are destroyed when my brother's cocky, arrogant rival keeps butting into my life. Logan Hightower is a total player who expects me to drool at his feet while he uses me to burn my brother's game. If he thinks I'll fall for his gorgeous looks and shallow charms, he's totally mistaken. He'll never succeed because I hate football players. Play It Safe (A Kendall Schmidt Fanfic)
Preview: Yes, Valedictorian, dated all the jocks but it never quite was serious. I was labeled 'prude', 'nerd', 'hard working', and 'safe'. Standing up at my graduation, I wanted to say something no one would expect from me. I was always 'predictable' as well. I was normal as some people would say. I was always looking for the good in life and going out, drinking, doing drugs, having sex, or anything close to those examples are what I labeled as 'not good'. I played it safe through out high school and I really didn't have any memories now that I thought about it. As I stood, in my cap and gown on the stage, not daring to say a word to my fellow graduates that they wouldn't expect from me, I regretted it. Everyone clapped seeing me as the labels they had given me. But some how, I wanted to be different. I wanted to have crazy hair. I wanted to dress different.
