"My entire summer was ruined. You take a flood, the loss of your own friend group, a painfully awkward crush and it isn't all that great. Let me start from the beginning..."

Cape Selferry is nicknamed as "the town that never changes", so when a flood hits, it comes as a shock to everyone. Willow Moore was no exception. Combined with the closure of her favourite snack shop, the division of her friend group and a sudden new crush, the inevitable changes of life that once came slowly, arrive all at once.
