Set in the 24th century during the atmospheric crisis. What has happened is that chemicals were accidentally let off into the air which has caused it to become toxic to humans. In a bid to save their race they quickly build stations in orbit and join them to make a massive station called the ark. This is set a few years after the station was launched while it is in orbit around a new star system.

The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus. Unfortunately, your attempt has failed, and you are now trapped in a cell waiting for testing. You are their newest subject, subject number 43.

When the meteorite struck Earth it alerted the U.S. government. After investigating they found this machine. But there was just one problem. The Russian government was the first to chart this unknown meteorite. When the Russian government came to America asking for their materials the U.S. government rejected them. After a hasty fight back and forth the meteorite was finally given to them. After some testing, they figured out that it was an alien machine. They figured out it had the power to open up portals to different dimensions and realities. It had the power to make portals to alternate timelines and universes, so it was deemed to be so dangerous that if they had found out how to open it, well...it would cause the end of Earth.
