Blu Storm was the only survivor in a terrible plane crash, where she lost the ones she loved most. With them though, she lost a part of herself. That part of herself was her own emotions.

For a year now, she is still numb and lives with her aunt in uptown Los Angeles. Slowly she gains emotions as she develops relationships with two very different boys, one being the confusing Kam and the other being the mysterious Shade. Both of who she doesn't understand.

Slowly discovers secrets about the ones she loves, of Shade's family, and of herself.
