The gruesome battle against overhaul leaves Midoriya suffering the loss of his sight.
Todoroki doesn't take the news of his bestfriends blindness well, yet he is determined to help rehabilitate Izuku back into every day life.
Together they experience the world from a different point of view. Senses heightened above the average, every sensation far more fierce than they had ever been before.
During the process, Todoroki realizes his feelings dig far deeper than he ever would've known, and love eventually blossoms through the sudden darkness of their reality.
