Self help book for everyone out there..... 1)cultivating positive thoughts Your thoughts have a huge impacts on your well being. If you want to be in happy mood then you have to see everything from a positive perspective ,in order to find the true happiness in whatever you do. There are so many self care tips to evolve your Personality,in life you will face a lot of tough situations tangled ways of life and many more but your good mind set or mentality could be quite useful for you to adapt a new skills and personality development. If you allow your mind to stay out from negativity ,or to put all of your energy in doing something better then that will add some colour to your life. Worrying will only maximise the mess of your mind and genuinely i have experienced that the patience is one of the most vital quality for every human being. you can not be happy if you can not bear it with patience.When something unusual happens to you then there will be many ways through which we can actually developed a positve mind set.Do you want to change for better? From childhood, Lil's life has been a nightmare. Her mother tried drowning her in the bath as a baby. As a result, she deals with depression and anxiety. When her boyfriend breaks up with her, she decides to get behind the wheel and is tempted to text him one last thing. Imagine her horror when she smashes into another car, the driver someone very close to her. Will she end up like her mom in prison? Will she let despair and guilt drag her back into darkness or will she find hope for a future, as hard as it may be? This is a book I wrote a few years ago before I found Wattpad. I never got a lot of feedback on it, so I appreciate you even taking a look and giving a few comments. You guys are rockstars. Thanks for reading!Complete
