Many things have changed since then. The mermaids have shifted the location of the moonstone and only very few people know of its location. And now, to graduate, the mermaids would go through a test to determine their intentions, and their knowledge of the moon rings.

A swim gone wrong causes my twin sister to begin to fear the water. She barely even touches it. I went missing when it happened, everyone thinks I drowned, and died.
