That is the first page in Elizabeths journal, the journal she uses to get through life. Inside it holds her deepest thoughts, sometimes a single word, other times scribbles or notes. This is her journal, and nobody knows about it. The day Eli lost everything was the day her life ended, thats the day she started her journal. She still walks the world, but she can't feel anything. She blocked all emotions and shut down the day the of the accident. In her mind, she cheated death, and that caused her more pain then she could have imagined. The people she lives without make her want to go back. The only part of her that has feelings is her journal because as far as she is concerned, her heart and soul died that day, and she doesn't want them back. They hold the memories that would kill her, and she would rather live a lifetime of nothing then relive that last day she felt alive.
When Alex literally smashes into Eli's life, she is convinced the world is trying to finish her off. Can this accident help the girl who is labeled beyond help, or was it life coming to collect the last part of her that cheated death.

They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. The only thing left of him was his diary. That stupid diary he had made him write. The thing felt pointless now. How was it meant to help him, if he wasn't even here anymore? Her mates name is Alexander Lopez. He's the next in line alpha of the Rising Blood Moon pack, and has been searching for his mate since he turned fourteen. He finds her, and because of her dormant wolf, he thinks she's human. Soon she goes missing, because her pack members sold her to a rogue pack. Alex searches, and searches, but cannot find her. Her wolf has to completely go dormant, because it's just causing her pain and she would died of she didn't. Alex thinks that she's dead, because he felt the connection between them break. He finds another girl to be his mate, and when Ashleigh is found, she is heartbroken. Not only was it her pack that made her suffer through all that because they sold her, but her mate had given up on her because her wolf had to go into dormancy. She falls into severe depression, and develops a form of PTSD, that was formed from the shock she had from her pack and mate's betrayal. She isn't happy anymore, and that brightness she had in her personality is gone, leaving a husk of her former self. Will her pack and mate right their terrible wrongs, and bring her back to her former glory, or will they carry on with how they are, and have her fall into a comatose like state?
