In the kingdom of Corona, a single drop of sunshine fell from the heavens that created a flower-filled with magic that could perform great miracles. It could heal the sick, cure disease, and reverse old age, granting someone old age for as long as they utilized it.
Rapunzel, the newly born Princess of Corona, was saved by this flower along with her Mother and now possessed it's healing power in her hair. However, no one was aware of this. No one except a woman named Mother Gothel who had been using the flower prior to Rapunzel's birth to keep herself young. Gothel had been alive too long to let this inconvenience keep her from her enteral youth.
To keep the power of the flower to herself, she kidnapped the child and decided to hold her in a tower along with her biological 4-year-old daughter, Cassandra. Raising both girls together, the two of them grew to be sisters.
Years later, they cross paths with a world-reknowned, infamous thief: Flynn Rider. With his help, the two sisters embark on a journey of their lives as they flee all they have ever known and set off to see the lights.
(Basically tangled but just in a different AU where Gothel didn't abandon Cassandra and was raised with Rapunzel in the tower instead ;-;)

Rapunzel was never saved by Flynn Rider. He did take her to see the lights, but in the end, he only cared about money. The princess was forced to return to her tower and live a miserable life, believing she would never escape her "Mother's" grasp or learn about her true identity. However, everything changed one day when she had an unexpected visitor, Jack Frost. Jack was drawn to her voice and couldn't bear to leave her in her poor state, so he freed her, and they flew away together into the night. He taught her about the world and herself. Over the years, they fell in love, married, and went on to have two daughters, Elsa and Anna. Elsa was born with powers that were stronger than her father's, while Anna was born without powers. They believed Anna would be just as powerful as her sister once her powers surfaced. They were a picture-perfect superhuman family, but what could possibly go wrong? I want to clarify that I don't own any of these characters. Disney and Dreamworks do. I came up with this story after seeing a Jackunzel illustration where Elsa and Anna were their children. I ship both Jackunzel and New Dream (Rapunzel x Eugene), so don't worry, you'll see some Raps x Eugene moments in later chapters. I may also add some other Disney/Dreamworks characters down the line.
