Apollo Adler has never been disrupted all his life. No parents, his own free space and away from all the things a college guy can be annoyed at─ not until one morning he finds a fresh escapee from prison asleep on his sofa and a horde of police patrolling outside his gate.
He soon learns that the prisoner is not just a douchebag but a hired assassin of a secret underground society called Flare, to train him into a front-row combatant. Apollo then becomes a student in the Flare's Academy for combat classes and rookie missions with his hot assassin partner, Alara Swift, to kill shadow killers of the Mafia of the North─ the Flare's sworn enemy.
Soon, danger stalks Apollo in his shadows. And one thing is for sure. He is not normal.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. She wandered around until she found herself on the streets of London, where she eventually bumped into a tall man dressed in a butlers outfit and a young boy at his side. Celeste almost fainted from seeing them; she was face to face with characters from her favorite anime! Ciel Phantomhive offered Celeste room and board at his manor, as long as she worked for him as a maid.
