As a college freshman, Violet Riley is plagued with questions about her future. It is why a distraction is the last thing she needs or wants right now.

But that is exactly what a street musician turns out to be.

While Violet doesn't expect anything to happen from the brief encounter, the musician thinks differently. He corners Violet with a claim that she is his muse, and because being called someone's muse can only flatter a young woman's self-esteem, the musician expects Violet to be flattered by his compliment.

She, however, sees the claim as nothing but an uninspiring lie. And that because of a simple reason.

Violet hates classical music.

Will the musician be able to convince Violet that he is telling the truth, or will Violet be successful in pushing him out of her life before finding out what actually hides behind his claim?
