Awsten Knight. He's one of the most popular boys in school. Maybe its because hes so chill and down to Earth. But, being shalllow and in high school, it was probably because of his looks. 

(Y/n) (L/n). She wasn't popular. She wasn't a loser either, though. She was right in the middle. Another thing she was, was crushing hard on Awsten Knight. 

They both knew each of each other's existence. Clearly,  too, because what (Y/n) didn't know was that Awsten liked her back. But they weren't friends. They sat next to each other in 8th period science and were partners in government 3rd period that's it. Oh, and another thing, Awsten had just moved in next door.

As the neighbors get closer, they realize there's more than what meets the eye and how rare they really are.

Waterparks is on the cusp of releasing what is proving to be their biggest release to date, on a much larger, more exciting record label. Things are almost too good. History repeats itself, as it often does. It is a surprise and a shock, however not completely unwelcome. Both Awsten and Lia are extremely gun shy after the loss of their first son, so being pregnant again only seems to fan the flames of their shared anxiety and the ghosts from the past trickle into their safe, secluded little bubble, threatening to destroy the life that they had started building back up together. They will have to work together, something they did not do last time, in order to keep their relationship steady and not repeat their past mistakes. Because if they break this time, there will be no coming back. Sequel to RAINY DAYS IN LA. [COMPLETE]

Awsten's sadness got the better of him, the doubt finally swallowing him whole, and Lia didn't know how to help him or how to make him stay. So when he told her goodbye, it was with tears in his eyes. Two years is a long time to be without a crucial part of yourself. Awsten couldn't give his heart to someone else because he hadn't gotten it back from Lia, despite his best efforts to forget her. Lia was much the same way; how could she possibly be with someone else when she compared every other man she met to Awsten? The solution? Invite Lia on tour with Waterparks again, for old time's sake. Stuck in close quarters again after all this time will remind both Awsten and Lia that their feelings for each other haven't died, no matter how much time has passed. The demons of Hell threatened to swallow her whole. But they found each other, in the wreckage of their shattered relationships. She unlocked her prison cell and he began to see color again. Geoff Wigington is a fairly reserved punk kid who although has been through some shit, still manages to shut up and sit tight - unless of course, you're being an annoying prick. The first time the two collide isn't the meet-cute that everyone in teen movies dream of, involving an extra-large slurpee, a pleated skirt and a giant bruise. However, instead of the original choice to just ignore and push past it, they're forcibly re-acquainted through a class project that accounts for 20% of their grade. Maybe overtime they would mutually agree that one another isn't so bad - or maybe they wouldn't.
