Angel Boy

He woke up to pure blackness. Slowly the darkness revealed itself to be the place where he grew up, the place where all his memories came from. But wait, what were those memories? Every time he tried to remember, his family, friends, house, he couldn't. He had all these things, didn't he? What was going on? Suddenly, he felt a strong pull compelling him to move forward. Without him knowing how or when he moved, he was in an open square in the town, where a crowd was gathering. Lights were flashing, people were yelling, screaming, and mourning cries could be heard coming from the center of the mass of people. He attempted to push through to see what was going on, but his hand fell through the person he attempted to push. He recoiled quickly, pulling back, and thats when he noticed his hand, it was practically transparent where it went through the man. Suddenly there was a force of wind that gushed past him and forced him into the center of the circle.
Sure he had seemingly lost his memories
Sure he didn't know who he was and what was happening
But the one thing he knew
Was that in the middle of the circle of people
Was his cold, dead, body.
