Saiki Kusuo is an esper at PK Academy, in his final year of high school. He meets another transfer, Shikori Daidekou, who peaks his interests. They both end up living a disastrous life at PK with friends Nendou, Kaidou, Teruhashi, the Psychics of PK, and others.
