No one tells you how to deal with grief, they either expect you to move on or cry about it and hide in your room for 2 months. Until someone 'rescues' you, tells you life is great and that the dead person would want you to enjoy life.

But no one was there to rescue Roxanne, no friends, and no love interest. Uncle Harry was the only one that actually talked to her about her Mother's death and tried to understand why it had effected her so deeply and why it affected her every waking moment.
