My eyes narrow. "What do you want? If it's just to annoy me, I'd much rather go back to sleep." "Ah, ah, pet," he says. My breath hitches at the name. Pet. What happened to my actual name? He's the nice one. Playful grins matched with a wink here and there but that smile is absent as he moves his forefinger back and forth in a chastising manner. "You were given three days to settle in.
