When To Put Trust On The Line

29 parts Complete

Susan loves her boyfriend Kenny with all her heart. He's a trouble maker who sometimes gets caught up in illegal activities, but she knows he isn't capable of anything truly horrible. But when his rival Bobby goes missing, everybody suspects Kenny of being a murderer and he ends up in jail. Susan now has to deal with Bobby's angry best friend Derrick, and her troubled older sister Adele who comes home after dropping out of college. Feeling alone and lost, Susan partners up with an unexpected ally, getting closer and closer to unravelling dark truths. *WARNING* Some mature language in certain parts of the story *EXERPT* "Derrick! What are you doing?" He looked at me with cool, indifferent eyes. "Dropping you off... what else?" "In front of my house? What if someone sees?" "Who in our school lives on this street? Or in this area?" "I- I don't know..." I stuttered. "Exactly." "People still talk and you never know who might see us." "The windows are tinted." I stared at him. "Like I said before, barely." "Well, since you're so worried, why don't you step outta my car then?" He faced the steering wheel. ***
