Water. Earth. Fire. Air. My grandmother used to tell me stories about the old days, how the four nations once lived in harmony. But everything changed once the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar mastered all four elements,Only he could stop the ruthless firebenders, but he vanished. The airbenders were wiped out, and everybody believed the Avatar cycle was broken, and that the Avatar ceased to exist. But I never lost hope, a hundred years had passed, and my brother and I found a boy frozen in Ice, Aang, the last Airbender. Together we traveled the world, as he mastered all four elements. In the end, he was able to defeat firelord Ozai, But it will be a long time before balance is restored, and the world is saved. But I believe, WE can save the world.
This story follows the events of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and the ATLA comics. Where did the Gaang end up? What happened to Suki and Sokka? Did Mai and Zuko end up together? How did Iroh and Aang pass? This fills the gap we were left with, after ATLA and before Legend of Korra.
All characters and settings are property of and owned by Nickelodeon and the creators of ATLA! The plot lines are original and belong to me, Nickelodeon didn't have any part of it meaning, this may not (or may be) what actually happened! It is my interpretation based off of how I felt it would have gone! If you would like to write something based off of/around my plot, please ask first! The war is over and it's time for Aang and his friends to reform the world and bring harmony. But the war left scars in the world, many things have changed in over hundred years. While team avatar tries to bring back balance they meet new and old friends, fight new enemies and learn more about themselves. Heimat: a place that you can call home; a sense of belongingness, acceptance, safety and connection to homeland A decade has passed after the final battle between the Avatar and the Fire Nation, a decade after the defeat of their Fire Lord. It is a time of prosperity for most, but the crimes commited during the war couldn't be reversed. Benders were taken away from their families, people were slaughtered, their belongings, homes and land taken away. This, had been the instance when it came to the northwest part of the Earth Kingdom, that had went on to become the Fire Nation colonies. The people of the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom lived on in the land that was given to them and gradually, they became one. They collaborated and cooperated in order to live and so they got richer, learnt to depend on each other for their survival. By the end of the war, the people, even though they came from different backgrounds, were one. A decade after the end of the war, the Avatar is commanded to solve the matter of whether the former Fire Nation citizens need to move or not. Aang believes the nations need to be separated. The people in the colonies do not, hatred starts to grow in their hearts. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives. The Avatar's Angel (Avatar the Last Airbender: Book 3: Fire)

Team Avatar has set foot in Fire Nation territory and are in disguise as typical Fire Nation citizens so they can put the invasion plan in action when the solar eclipse arrives. The team has to stay hidden incase someone sees Aang's arrows or Aya's wings. It won't be easy, but things have never been easy for Team Avatar. Aang believes he has to save the world on his own, but he isn't alone, he has his Fire Angel at his side. The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it.
