This is a fan fiction ending to HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count.  I claim no rights to the characters in the HIStory series.  Like so many fans, I could not let my favorite HIStory couple have an unhappy ending.  This story takes us 2 years past the end of episode 10.  It has been 6 years since the apparent death of Yu Xi Gu that rocked Xiang Hao Ting to the core.  The loss of his soulmate and the constant prodding of his father to meet a nice girl and bring her home made his decision to complete his graduate school studies in the United States an easy decision.  In the two years since, life has continued and the pain of losing Yu Shi Gu has become more like a dull ache compared to the pain of a sharp knife as it was before.  And while the occasional pestering of his father about finding someone is annoying at times, Hao Ting, understands his dad just wants his son to be happy. This is a fanfic of my favourite Taiwanese Bl series (Crossing The Line). if you haven't watched it yet then plzz do watch it. For me personally it was 10/10 This is my take on what happens after the series ended with Qiu Zi Xuan accepting Xia Yu Hao. Synopsis of the series: Xia yu Hao, a junior high school student is a stubborn guy who has temper issues. He transferred from his previous school for getting into a fight with some students. He has no interest whatsoever in Volleyball even when the team captain insists him to join the team. Qiu Zi xuan, a senior student is the former spiker and Star player of the volleyball team. Due to a knee injury he is no longer able to play the game and thus he becomes the manager of the school's volleyball team. He is the total opposite of Xia yu Hao, calm and cool. A boy of few words who seldom expresses himself. The series goes around the story of how these two boys having total opposite personalities, come together and share their love for volleyball. Slowly and steadily Xia Yu Hao finds himself not only falling in love with the sport but the manager of the volleyball team as well. **Note: I do not own or take any credit for the characters of the story. In my re-imagined story, I am attempting to give our beloved leads a genuine chance at love with their own thoughts, behaviors, and desires. Granted, life is full of misunderstandings, obstacles and karma. Donghua learns that being a heartless god has its consequences. Having been careless and inconsiderate with the hearts of those who had fawned over him, he'll find it difficult to fulfill his. At its very core, this is a character-driven story about healing from trauma and the growth of a deep and meaningful friendship. It also attempts to explore the coming of age of love and desire for each of them. Those who can't tolerate slow burns should avoid reading this story ;) They meet much later, (she never becomes his maid) and was not involved in the BQ/Su Su/YH situation. Xiao Bai is young and very innocent as this story unfolds. Donghua is arrogant and obtuse, though with more playfulness and tenderness in the style of The Pillow Book. His edges are much softer. There are quite a few characters from the original series. Zhe Yan, Mo Yuan, Bai Zhen, Bai Qian, Ye Hua, Lian Song, Si Ming and Zhong Lin will make appearances, plus others from Eternal Love and ELOD. Lust + desire will play a part of this story so mature themes/content in later chapters. Reader discretion advised. Story is also LGBTQ+ friendly, as am I.
