Shu, a mermaid soon to become the new queen of her kingdom. A rebel who doesn't follow any rules her father has set into place.
Ennui, a witch who is quiet and always in her cottage, only coming into the village for the things she needs. An outcast to some people because of who she is.
These two meet in an unlikely situation, not knowing what awaits them as they soon get closer.
