This story takes place in a hidden science facility. called the ULFCF
The Unidentified Lifeform Containment facility this heavily guarded facility is located deep in a hidden Forrest in the general area of new york state. This facility also holds many of people and beasts just like professor melancholy. They even sometimes create these beings. Their purpose is to be weapons their break through was supposed to be professor melancholy. But their mistake was creating him with the intelligence of a superhuman giving him a mental prowess of no other. Giving him enough power to have and maintain free will and rebel against them. He has psychic mental abilities his favorite one to use is the ability to tamper and play with the emotions of other living beings.
And use it as a weapon he can also liquify his body and apply himself onto a body and take over. He can also change his form when he liquefies only forms he's seen before. When he kills one of his victims he can consume there mindscape. All of their information his for the taking every single secret of their body all in his mind.
