It's the summer of 89, and Billy Hargrove is a 22-year-old man working in a mechanic shop, along with being the legal guardian of his 18-year-old stepsister Max.
Kelsey Fuller is an 18-year-old senior in her last year of high school, living with her abusive step-father and cold mother; she longs for an escape and she thinks she has found it with the help of Kip Harrington, rich boy and little cousin of Steve Harrington but when he dumps her for a newer model she enlists the help of Billy to help get him back, but she soon comes to realise that it's not Kip on her mind but a certain blonde-haired boy.

Okay so this is a new story, I was going to upload this after 'The Quiet' but I got too excited. First off, there won't be any supernatural elements that appear in Stranger Things, the only things that stay the same is the location and the characters. Also, the main character is younger than Billy but I researched and the age of consent in Indiana is 16 but the age issue will be addressed in the story.
Billy is also a scumbag at times so be warned!
