Being told that he was quirkless all his life, Izuku didn't know how to react to it when he found out. He was happy to have his quirks, but also upset that he didn't manifest it any sooner. You see, he manifested his quirks after the UA entrance exam, which he failed. So, he did the one thing he wanted to do. Help people. But what if his life takes a turn for the worst?

Izuku gets hit with a quirk whilst on patrol which reverts him to his 5 year old self. Izuku has no knowledge of anyone in his class except for one. Katsuki is assigned babysitter of Izuku until the quirk wears off.

Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.
