"December." I said quietly to the lady in front of me. "What about December?" She asked, pushing her glasses up. "December was when we met. Then he left me for his girl." I say holding in the tears, looking out the window. "Who's he?" I bit my lip, then finally told her. "Matthew. Matthew Lee Espinosa." "What happened between you and him?" I didn't answer her. I looked at her back as she got up and left the room. I heard my mom and the therapist whispering to each other outside the room. "He promised." I whispered.
