This is the Harry Potter series rewritten so that Harry and Hermione end up with who they truly deserve. Each other. Yet not to fret since everyone will get their soulmate. Even if they don't all live happily ever after.

"Me!" said Hermione. "Books! And cleverness! There are more important things - friendship and bravery and - oh Harry - be careful!"
Throughout the book, people had shipped them. Even me. Yet fate is cruel. Let's hope I can rewrite the stars- I mean book.

Hermione asks Harry to visit her for the last week of summer. The main motive was to see her friend but her ulterior was to check up on him. She half expected her friend to decline but to her surprise he agreed. This story will start at the summer before Harry and Hermione's 6th year at Hogwarts. I don't know exactly how long I want it to go for, but all the previous books are cannon with nothing changed. The only thing different is instead of Harry and Hermione being invited to the Weasley's Harry goes to the Granger's.
