Life can be pretty tough and increasingly more teenagers are finding it hard to cope, become depressed, helpless, and encounter problems that they may not want to share or are even afraid to say out loud. The truth is: Everybody needs a therapist (even a therapist needs their own therapist) but there will never be enough therapists. In addition, most just cannot understand you which is common and relatable. I have started journaling about problems that I, as a 16-year-old, am struggling with and ways to cope with them. At the same time, I am actively trying to post these things in this book, although they are very personal, to help aid the people who are experiencing similar things. It's okay to not be ok or not want to share your problems but maybe reading mine might help. So, from one loving human to another, join me, and let's deal with life together! You are NOT alone!
