Home to you was always on the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) with your closest friend, Dr.Mccoy, and captain James T. Kirk. But due to a mishap, you have found yourself on the Enterprise of the future with Captain Jean-Luc Picard. You want nothing more than to get back your own timeline, but luckily, until you can do so, as an A.I expert you are more than fascinated by the higher-tech A.I. of the future, especially one very special android who goes by Data. (I don't own any rights to Star Trek or its characters. This story is just fan-fiction. Plz don't delete it)

[A rewrite of TNG's Skin of Evil] If things had gone only a little bit differently, everything might've changed. ***** When Lt. Commander Data nearly sacrifices himself to save Lt. Yar from a creature that is the embodiment of pure evil, she discovers that feelings she thought she had buried aren't so far below the surface. As for Data, he is increasingly occupied with what may be his very first feelings of emotions as he works to save the Enterprise and ultimately, win the heart of Tasha Yar. ***** ©This work is fanfiction. I have used dialogue from the script of Skin of Evil, but have rewritten it to fit my story. All character rights belong to Paramount and CBS.
