The Easterling: a lord of the rings fan fiction.

Tolkien once wrote that

"He wondered what the man's name was and where he came from; and if he was really evil of heart, or what lies or threats had led him on the long march from his home; and if he would not really rather have stayed there in peace"

And this piece is a tribute to that quote. Through the eyes of a young Easterling soldier, we are able to see the perspective of LOTR's antagonists. The major plot points are inspired from the Return of the King's appendices and from Unfinished Tales, with the details crafted by myself.
