You are an immortal magic user, hiding yourself in the shadows of a forest and keeping far from the prying eyes of the public.
After moving into and furnishing an abandoned mansion located deep in the thick greens of nature, you encounter other beings that lurked between the trees and bushes.
And they were not human; they were kids, kids who also held supernatural abilities or were breeds of different species.
Refusing to abandon the children of the forest, you take them in, one by one, until your house that was once empty and silent was now filled with warmth and laughter.
But those children eventually grow, and oh how completely smitten they were for you once they did.

Essentially, these are scenarios of you and various one piece characters, and they are all connected with each other.
Might possibly diverge from the canon storyline, so proceed with an open mind.
This is all self indulgent.
Feel free to take this idea if your heart desires to write something similar.

This is a Trafalgar Law x Y/N (OC) fanfiction ___________________________________________ You were an infamous assassin who only had the dream of setting out to sea. Your hands were tainted and your dreams or should I say nightmares were flooded with darkness. You had never wanted to kill people.. but your parents had forced you.. you were locked up by their words as long as they had your younger brother in their grasp. You murdered notorious pirates but the bounties had began to drop. When they did, your parents slashed your brothers throat in front of you. They set the house a flame and left you their to burn along with your dead brother. You screamed until your voice no longer wanted to work with you. You had a magical voice.. you sang beautifully but nobody had ever known it. After that incident.. you no longer talked nor sang. You had some burn scars along your back.. and one over your right eye. Everybody called you a monster in your town due to your multicoloured eyes.. one was crystal blue and the other was crimson red. The right eye was red where the left one was blue. Additionally, you had snowy white hair and eyelashes. Ace looked to his side with interest but soon his interest dwindled into disappointment. what he thought was a person was just a mere cat, though the cat was awfully fluffy, the sun made its black fur shine different purples and blues. a pretty sight for something that is condemned to be a sign of bad luck. Ace felt his body flicker with sparks as he stood up to leave. He put his hands into his shorts pockets as he looked over the town. Speaking of the town it wasn't small but not big. it couldn't compare to Dressrosa but it was big enough to be a place pirates often dropped to, to restock and resupply. Ace sighed before pushing himself towards the forest, he had made his home in the large expanse of forest this island offered. Ace scratched the back of his head before yawning his dark hair was a target for the blazing sun. He took one more glance at the Black cat before walking into the oak forest.
