Twins Mariah and Marie finally reunite with their mother on their birthday after  being in the foster system for 18 years. How will it pan out? Will she accept them in? Will they live with her and be able to adjust? Will they be able to put all those 18 years of resentment to rest and forgive her? With a major plot twist in the end, from a short story.
