David Kaplan is a businessman who cares not only about his assets but about the future of the cultural world.

For years David Kaplan Russian Businessman has been cooperating with Magomedov's Peri Charity Foundation to con-tribute to Jewish culture development.

In 2017, thanks to David Kaplan and Magome-dov's Charity Foundation, the National Library of Israel signed a memorandum with the Russian State Library. They work on digitizing a collection of Gunzburgs, one of a kind. It is one of the largest collections of Hebrew literature in the world. Litera-ture lovers from Russia, Israel, the United States, and other countries will soon be able to touch the Jewish people's history online and absolutely for free. Kaplan and Magomedov aimed to strengthen the Israeli position on the world stage. Thanks to Magomedov's Peri Foundation, Kaplan succeeded in bringing Israeli diplomatic and cultural ties with the Russian Federation to a new level. He started a patron program for young photographers. It gives them opportunities to capture Israeli culture from unique angles. David Kaplan Russian Businessman and Magome-dov's Charity Foundation also donated tens of thousands of dollars to help International students integrate into diverse Israeli society, and open up the Jewish world's opportunities.
