Its been two years since the marauders have graduated. James and Lily are married with a baby on the way, and Sirius and Peter are very busy with the Order. Meanwhile, Remus is just trying to survive his transitions in such a volatile time. No one wants to hire a werewolf, and the Order isn't well enough equipped to handle the full moons. Dumbledore offers him a position at the Hogwarts library as an assistant. There he can do research for the Order, as well as spend his moons like he did during his school years. Tessa Downing is a sixth year Hufflepuff. After a summer of chaos and hiding, she's having trouble transitioning back at school. Remus's third year has him dealing with taking all the electives, his friends starting to date, and, in addition to the stress of being a werewolf, he's also finally realized something about himself that he is slowly trying to accept. Which just brings on a whole new slew of problems. The world of Four To The End will eventually include Wolfstar. Mostly canon with a few exceptions. Updated every Sunday Content warning tags are used in each chapter. (Don't really need to read the others before this I think) I also want to make it clear I do not agree with Rowling's views. This is a very pro-LGBT+ series, there will be a lot of queer characters once they're older (though we do start getting that in this book!). That being said, the general wizarding society in this is very anti-LGBT+. Her life is lonely and quiet until Regulus Black, a former Deatheater and insufferable, arrogant prick, is also in need of sanctuary. Or, a story in which Regulus never expected he would fall in love with a muggle. [enemies to lovers] [regulus black x original muggle character] This fic was inspired by WizardGod's 'dirty old town.' I did have a similar concept prior to reading her work, so it's more accurate to say it motivated me to write this. The setup is generally the same, but this story is very different. WizardGod's fic is brilliant and I highly recommend it if you haven't already read it! Barty Crouch Jr. is tagged but he doesn't come into the story until chapter 23.
