What awaits in a world where the good can't outweigh the bad, when the government decides that anyone who isn't a mindless slave to the system has to go. When we can't be silenced any longer, we are taken care of. We are destroyed. We are gone. This is our future, this is our present, this is life as we know it. Following the death of George Floyd, 20 years have passed, the United States has changed its presidential laws, Trump isn't just a bad president anymore, he is an evil dictator. An evil dictator who just so happens to be on his death bed. What will the world do when he dies? That's the man who made gay marriage illegal again, after years of fighting, women have little to no rights, and he is the center, the center of the universe. But he's not the center of Sune Yang's universe, no one is, she left her family, she left her town, she left her state. All of her recent decisions were sparked upon her by her grandma who tricked the government of her loyalty so she wouldn't die. Kiyo, her grandmother had hope, that she could be the last person with the knowledge of what life was before the fall of morality. She believed that she could find light in someone, someone who could change the world, who could start the revolution. And that someone just so happened to be a girl named Sune Yang.
