My name is Ally Danbury. I live in Modesto California with my father, not that he's much of a father figure. I work 3 jobs and he takes all the money so that he can fuel his gambling addiction. Whenever he is home though, I'm his personal punching bag.
My school life isn't much better. For some school is an escape, their safe space. Mine would be too if it weren't for one boy.
Jax Ackerman. My bully. What Jax says, everyone follows. The second he decided that I was scum, that's how the rest of the school saw me. It wouldn't be so bad, except he did more than pull my hair and shove me in the halls. At school I was his personal punching bag.
I could only hope that one day something would change.
