I Won't Talk

That weird kid. The one that doesn't talk. The mute dude.

A.K.A, Miles.

Miles just didn't want to talk. It was just his thing. He didn't bother you, and you didn't bother him. That was his system. Avoid his crazy and rude parental units, go to school, hide in his shack in the woods, repeat.

At least, that was his cycle until Sarah came around.

Sarah was a spitfire, a hothead, and an self-proclaimed master of sarcasm. She came complete with her own family problems, but not any that people usually thought of. So when, one day, she saves Miles from a violent confrontation, she expects to hear, "Oh, my hero! However will I repay you?" Instead, she's met with silence.

And Sarah just won't settle for silence.
