Rose lived the same routine everyday. Eat, work, sleep, repeat. Working for Joja started to chip away at her soul. In dire need for a change she turned to the letter her grandfather had given her on his deathbed. Inside was the answer to her problems. It was the opportunity to escape her confined life. With the help of her friend Mae, she makes her transition in to her new life in Stardew Valley.

( hey so this is going to be a story with my character Rose, but feel free to imagine yourself as her! I've seen a bunch of fanfics about Sebastion, so I thought Sam needed some love too.)
(this story is loosely based off of the amazing game Stardew Valley, this is my interpretation.)

a Stardew Valley fan fiction: The Proper Care and Feeding of Souls
So, I wrote this for myself, not expecting anyone else would ever read it. I needed it, so I wrote it. When I was done I figured maybe someone else might need it, too, so here it is. The beginning might feel heavy or boring, but please hang in there because just like life - the good stuff comes out of the dark stuff. Grace vowed to herself that she would rid herself of the broken, predictable life she had somehow fallen into and in its place, she would create a new life, one that truly fed her wanting soul. Reeling from an unthinkable experience, Grace moves to Stardew Valley, intent on recapturing the magic of her childhood. Instead, she finds herself on a ramshackle farm, void of childhood memories. Slowly, she discovers the true magic of the valley in the people who live there. Never Too Late
Maya had learnt to believe that silence was safer than the truth. For years, she learned to measure her words, tiptoe around fury, and wear a smile that masked the slow unravelling of her spirit. But when the fear began to reach not just her, but her daughter's eyes-wide and too wise for their age-Maya knew she couldn't stay silent anymore. After losing her job and amongst the aftermath of a home in chaos, with nothing but a small suitcase and a trembling hand clutching her daughter's, she left. The farm was never part of the plan. It was run-down, overgrown, and far from everything she'd ever known. But in its quiet stillness, Maya found something unexpected-space to breathe, to heal, and to begin again. She rebuilt not just the house, but herself. And when she thought her heart had closed for good, someone came along with eyes full of patience and hands that only knew how to hold, not harm. This is Maya's story. Of survival, of strength, and of learning that love-real love-doesn't hurt, it heals.
Friends or Enemies? |Dream x Reader|
Sometimes two people have to fall apart to realize how much they belong together. If I knew what time it was that night, would I have still met him? "I love you." He says, and I look at him with teary eyes, but it isn't before I notice how drops of liquid fall from behind his mask. He's crying. "Dream, you know, you can't love me." Y/n, a lost girl who reunites with her brothers in L'manburg. A girl who has grown to fight, living on her own, but a girl who has forgotten how to love. With a hidden identity, she meets someone special. A friend who was told to be the enemy. Was it more than just a friend though? Her love life is spent figuring out whether or not this person can be trusted. A person from her past that she had shared with the same and only person she'll be with, but when something so tragic happens to come her way, she loses everyone and everyone loses her. Were they really friends? Or were they sworn enemies? And what will be the outcome? "Why do you lie to me?" He asks, softly. "Because I don't wanna like you more than I already do." I whisper, hesitantly. Do they allow fate to take over what should be theirs? Or do they let go of something they thought they never had? Credits to owner for the cover! Let the Rain Fall Down
"Look what I brought for us tonight, Seb." Her voice rang like a melody as she raised her other hand, showcasing a rather large bottle of mead. You recognized the label plastered on the side of the bottle. Your grandfather's winery. "I was helping my dad restock the shelves and told him I accidentally dropped the box, and they broke. I have the whole case in my room. I brought a couple of bottles with me tonight." Your eyes zoned in on the movement of her dainty fingers as their tips danced up his arm to his shoulder before changing course and resting over his chest. Sam pushed himself between the three of you and grabbed the bottle that sat within her grasp. "Don't mind if I do." He broke Abigail away from Sebastian-much to her disdain-pushing his way towards another pepper popper and shoved it inside his empty mouth...Complete
