It made earth's soil inhabitable, making it hard to produce food to supply earth's 9 billion population. Government of developing countries started to collapse and only the strong one survive.These effects are called " The Hurdle ". So, the United Nations created an organization for governing the collapsed area, called " The Boardman ".
Here's a story of Elliot, a teenager who is still in high school, facing the effect of The Hurdle.
