He's simply looking at me. . And I'm drowning in those gray pools. His pupils visibly dilate. He leans into my touch, then surprisingly he moves a little to settle on my lap with his head lying on my chest.
"Your heart's beating in my throat. No, it's beating in my head. . Echoing, Simon."
"Is it making you thirsty?"
"Crowley, no. The sound of your heart beating is sweeter than any bird's singing." He whispers against my bare chest. I wrap an arm around him and stroke his hair with the other.
"Oh really?" I ask, smiling again. It's a tired smile, but it's there. Baz always knows what to say. . .
"Mhm, absolutely. Sweeter than any Shakespearean sonnet," he giggles a little. Baz giggling always make me grin. "Warmer and brighter than any Midsummer's summer day."
"Are you saying you like me, Basil?" I whistle lowly, just to hear him scoff.
"No, Snow, you're an overly dramatic nightmare." He asserts. I huff, my smile unwavering.

That's just how I work. 1) I'm Set Free: Aziraphale finds himself distracted by a certain demon, and Crowley finds out that he likes having his hair touched 2) This Thing Called Love: Love is in the air and so is frustration. Crowley gets upset and takes a five-day nap, waking only to hang out with Aziraphale and visit The Them [I have never seen titanic it has nothing to do with it] 3) Champagne?: Crowley is dining alone tonight when he gets some company from a stranger he wishes would leave him be 4) Aziraphale Loves: Aziraphale is a lover many things in life, books, good wine, Crowley, wearing sensible shoes, people, but Aziraphale also loves food, and he just happens to have a poorly timed craving for crepes. 5) Crowley Shrugged: The pair had been talking and sipping expensive wine, during their conversation they had started talking about wings and flying, then Aziraphale had stated that he hadn't used his wings in a few hundred years, which had bewildered Crowley 6) Tight Pants: Aziraphale and Crowley go out to dinner and Aziraphale gets jealous when someone invites Crowley back to their flat. Snake!Crowley and wings 7) just an announcement 8) dancing in the rain: Dancing in the rain isn't always ideal, even though it's always quite romantic.
