Bruislichtannia wasn't always a bad place. It wasn't always ruled by the megalomaniac and narcissistic King Dio Brando. No, it used to be a nice place to start a family, or perhaps to find your dreams. The Century-Long Eastern War changed all that. It became a nightmare.
Noriaki Kakyoin. Blood type: A. Status: the adopted son of King Dio Brando. Parents are deceased, slaughtered during the Sakura Massacre. He is chosen to be heir to the throne.
