Gwendolyn Foley was a girl. A plain, average girl in a Barbie world. Living in San Francisco, California had its perks, along with its drawbacks. Surrounded by beautiful men and women that are destined for the screen, the stage or the catwalk. But what was she? She had light brown hair that was neither curly, wavy or pin-straight, dull brown eyes and lips that always managed to be chapped. She didn't have glasses, freckles or dimples but had some acne here and there. Gwendolyn Foley was, in all honesty, the most boring human being on the planet.
Soren Carter was famous. Famous for his good looks, his velvet voice he used to 'seduce' every girl in the teen movies he starred in and his crystal clear blue eyes that shined like the sun shined off of Lake Merritt. He had blonde hair that gleamed and was always styled in a floppy way. He was so energetic, so happy, and then sometimes he considered whether he should live in this world or not. Weird, right?

"Yeah, you've been blessed with my presence." He said cockily, looking at his watch like this conversation he started was wasting his time. "Um," Gwen said quizzically, studying the handsome man in front of her. "Who are you?" She asked, still looking over the edge of the Golden Gate Bridge. "Um, excuse me, how old are you?" Gwen thought about it. Why would she tell a rando her age? Ah well, she figured there were a million 21 year olds and it would be hard to track her down. "21." She said. "Just old enough to drink." She added, grinning cheekily. "How do you not know who I am?" Poor Soren was bewildered. "I tend to not care what other people care about." Gwen said. The slightest of smiles graced his face as he stared at the young woman in front of him.
