The Pirate cruise

"Alright then" he started, sliding his gun back to it's holder "five years, then we'll be back" he finished and motioned the others to follow him.

I watched him. Not taking my eyes of this mysterious man who was in my fathers room.

"What did they want?" I asked turning to my father. I watched my father for second time, cry.

I didn't have much thought of it, they probably just took something from him, they were pirates after all.

I was only twelve when a group of pirates raided my fathers famous "Get away ship" as people call it.
For me, it was just a ship I sailed on every summer.

Until that day I fantasied over pirates. I wanted to live like one, and sail the entire ocean.

But what happened that day scared me. Literally.
