I may edit a couple names to keep specific persons anonymous, but I figured this will be a good mental exercise to reflect on everything. It won't be in any insane detail, nothing like American Sniper or A Long Way Gone, but it'll be a basic cover of a lot of things.

PROLOGUE My name is Alex Kahill. On July 15, 2017, I killed a person, but am not accused of murder. However, I am being hunted by those who hold me responsible for this death...and most certainly, these folks fully intend to terminate my life. Three months ago, my life was actually better than good. I was taking a personal sabbatical in picturesque Western New York, doing three things that I dearly love. (1) Riding my bike (2) Flying my drone and (3) Visiting my son, Ben, who was interning as an environmental reporter for the Chautauqua Daily, a local paper serving the Chautauqua Institution. Better than good. And then out of nowhere, my existence went to shit. You know, the killing thing. So I'm writing this journal as a cry for help. In an effort to make some sense of the tragic events that have recently unfolded in my life, I'm hoping that if enough light is shed on what happened to me, my potential demise might literally become "troublesome" for those who would do me harm...maybe I'm just being naive, but it's worth a shot. At this point, I don't really have much to lose. I am no writer, so please bear with me. But know that I am totally vulnerable, so I'll try to be thorough as I tell my story. From A Broken Girl To A Broken woman (Finished)
My auto biography, A look into my messed up life up until now. I have not written this for anyone to feel sorry for me, although I've had some lovely comments. I have written this for awareness, to hopefully stop at least one person getting into any of the situations I have. I have also written it as part of my therapy to come to terms with it all. And it's the best thing I've ever done. looking at the various things I have put myself through and what others have also put me through, it is covering things such as ADHD, bullying, self harm, attempted suicide, drugs, alcohol, rape, young motherhood, domestic violence, Bipolar, EUPD and anxiety. It's starts off pretty boring as I had to start from the very beginning, but that's a good thing far as I'm concerned as what follows is more enough for one human being to handle, or not as it seems. I want to write out my thoughts as honestly as possible and try not to lie like I always do. Maybe by being anonymous will make me stop being a liar. I think it's a bit late to say this after publishing for about a month but I should put a warning. ⚠️ WARNING: What I write about is depressing and suicidal and degrading.
