The Dragonborn, a Redguard named Cominda Renai, traveled for years as a mercenary-adventurer. On one of these expeditions, she worked throughout northern Cyrodiil, until she got to the Pale Pass. As she walked by, the sound of clashing blades and shields sounded in the forest nearest to her. She made her way towards the sound, but found a Stormcloak camp being ambushed by Imperial soldiers. Before she could leave them be, a poison-tipped arrow struck her shoulder and made her fall unconscious.
Prisoner to the Imperial, she was dragged to Helgen, where she would meet the strangest Necromancer she's ever had to deal with.

Honor of the Dragonborn
Third story to "His Harbinger," sequel to "Something to Protect." Everything makes much more sense if you at least read "His Harbinger" first. Vilkas x Dragonborn (established) Farkas x Lydia (also established and a bit background) Based on my play through of the Dragonborn DLC with my Dragonborn Krinna Dovh, a female Nord. Krinna has visions and premonitions so there are some things she just knows (continuing a headcannon established in the first two books). Mostly told from Vilkas's perspective, with occasional snippets from the Dragonborn's perspective. Also explores aspects of married life; Vilkas being hot-tempered, but sweet and loyal. Story is set after the Companions quest line, the civil war, and the main story line is complete (events of "His Harbinger") and after the Dawnguard DLC (events of "Something to Protect") Also not entirely cannon compliant. And of course this is a fanfiction, the only thing unique to me is my specific characterization of the Dragonborn, everything else belongs to Bethesda, including portions of the dialogue. And lastly, marked mature for some strongly suggestive occasions (I won't write the details, but they're married), and occasional vulgar language.Complete
